About me
Hapias is an accountable, experienced and seasoned educator with expertise in management, operations, administration, human resources, financial management, procurement and logistical management. Hapias has good appreciation of the school as both a business and a social service and has requisite knowledge and skills to manage and grow private educational institutions. He is a dynamic and diligent professional, with over 31 years of experience, 16 years of which were spent as an administrator, in the Education sector in southern Africa with special focus on Zimbabwe, Malawi and South Africa. Hapias has demonstrated exceptional leadership skills in managing both public and private sector educational institutions. In different capacities, he has contributed to the education sector in particular and development in general, through supporting both teachers and young people realize their full potential. He is a strategic thinker, a good team player and networker, with the ability to mobilize and collaborate with strategic stakeholders to attain mutual benefits. He is an effective communicator and a good listener.
