I Estina .T. Chikonzo have studied my Ordinary Level and Advanced level through
the Ministry of Education in Zimbabwe and managed to complete my course
obtaining my qualifications as mentioned above. I managed to obtain a certificate in
COMPUTER OPERATIONS AND PACKAGES with HEXCO.
I have also managed to complete my degree in Bachelor of Social Science with the
University of KwaZulu Natal. The university granted me certificates of merits in
Ethics, tutoring certificate and golden key certificate.
I am a fast learner, hardworking,
passionate,sociable and diligent young lady. I am comfortable with speaking in
front of groups and I am able to handle questioning on-the-spot and manage
presentation software.I am also competent, initiative and willing to learn new skills.
I am flexible and willing to take probable risks to reach deadlines whilst exercising
time management. I am self motivated and result driven that is my focus among
other things is the company’s profitability and growth.I am creative and a team
leader who is willing to take challenges head on for example I am willing to
uncover the viability of new and existing services or products through research and
interaction with media agencies. I have the ability to work efficiently and
analytically, I can work under pressure and balance workloads whilst managing
stress levels. I have the ability to develop, implement and executing strategic plans
to attract clients and maintain the existing as this was covered in one of my recent
courses I studied at the university of KwaZulu Natal. I have skills to work with ms
word, excel, power point, outlook and manual filling system. I have the ability to
maintain professional communication skills that is both verbal and oral
communication, I am able to communicate within and outside the company
efficiently.
