I am currently working as a Security Officer at Wilmite Security. I have also worked for various security organizations at a higher level. I worked for Nokel Security as a Security Officer and later Operations Manager, Blackshark I worked as a Regional Controller and also worked at Guard Tech Security as an Operations Manager. I have gained a lot of experience in recruitment and training, risk assessment, client liaison, human resource management, planning, crisis management, report writing and investigations. I also gained a lot of experience in the Zimbabwe National Army which I joined in 1997. I have over twenty years experience in both public and private security.
