About me

I am a highly committed and innovative Team player who believes in excellence, agility and continuous improvement. I have experience in warehouse and stock management. I started working in the logistics and administration department in 2015 at Zimbabwe National family Planning council and now I am with currently employed with Plan International in Mutare Program area. Currently I do warehouse maintenance management. This includes ensuring the safety of the warehouse, reporting any faults or areas that need attention in as far as the warehouse operations is concerned. My responsibility includes receiving procured goods from suppliers recording and maintaining stock cards and issuing GRNs.I also prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup by program teams and facilities according to schedule (prepare issue vouchers and GRNs, load, pack, wrap, label, ship,)I am also responsible for monitoring stock levels, conducting weekly and monthly physical stock counts and assist in generating reports. I Ensure inventory is orderly stored according to set guidelines, and preparation of weekly and monthly inventory reports as per the organizations policy.

    Admin Clerical officer

    Doing internal and external requisitions according to Plan International procurement policy.
    Ensuring that the goods supplied meets the correct and stated specifications,
    Making sure that the goods received from suppliers meets the correct specifications and are in good order, good quality and right quantities.
    Collection of goods from suppliers and allocating them to user departments.
    Making reference to the suppliers list according to requisitions raised according to projects.
    Keeping and updating all inventory records up to date and ensuring that all stock and inventory records are up to date
    Charging and compiling receipts for good and services supplied before sending them to finance for payment.
    Assisting the Administration coordinator with supplier verification.
    Dispatching and delivering all documents between Plan International Zimbabwe and other service providers/stakeholders.
    Performing clerical work in the office when required. This includes banking, filing, sourcing quotations, writing purchase orders, letters of inquiry and general data capturing as required.
    Promoting and abiding to Plan policies and procedures including but not limited to: Gender equality mainstreaming, Safeguarding Policy, Code of Conduct and the related mandatory reporting responsibilities.

    Warehouse and Procurement Assistant

    Coordinates and facilitates the procurement requirements of the clinic on the
    basis of the procurement policy guidelines.
    Routine tiding and thorough cleaning of the warehouse.
    Ensuring that goods are stored in the right sections and at good temperatures and conditions
    Ensuring and monitoring the availability of supplies at the council’s family planning clinic
    Pre-qualification of suppliers as provided in the procurement policy
    Assisting the warehouse manager with doing stock takes and recording any gaps and differences in stock.
    Compliance with procurement procedures as per the Procurement Policy.
    Creates purchase orders, ensuring relevant procurement procedures have been applied and all supporting documentation is attached
    Ensuring that invoices received reconcile to purchase orders and created and matching receipts to purchase orders.
    Ensure three way matching of purchase order, Invoice and GRN of delivered drugs and contraceptives.
    Coordinates and facilitates offloading of deliveries of contraceptives and drugs from delivery trucks
    Assist in the loading of purchases made by the customers from the council.
