Programs Associate
o Community mobilization to participate in project planning, development, implementation and monitoring (climate smart agriculture. Education support and disaster risk reduction)
o Preparing Southern region’s (Matabeleland Provinces) weekly, monthly, quarterly, half year and annual activity plans and reports.
o Data collection, entry, cleaning and review in DBMS, ERP and ODK for all projects.
o Engaging, collaborating, coordinating, and managing Stakeholders at national, provincial and district
levels (Ministry departments, DSD, MOPSE and Women Affairs), including networking with the donor and other partners operating in the Southern region (Matabeleland provinces).
o Representing Higherlife Foundation in Provincial and district level platforms and being able to
articulate the project goals and what it seeks to achieve.
