MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receiving and scheduling appointments for the Director, Infrastructure and Estate Management;
- Filing office documents;
- Typing correspondence;
- Ordering stationery requirements;
- Distributing stationery;
- Ordering tea requirements;
- Servicing meetings;
- Controlling of incoming and outgoing mail;
- Dispatching correspondences;
- Photocopying;
- Minuting of office meetings;
- Filing of confidential documents
- Any other duties as assigned by the Director, Infrastructure and Estate Management.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Higher National Diploma in Secretarial Studies or Office Management;
- Five (5) O’ levels including English Language;
- Advanced typewriting (50wpm) and (80wpm) Shorthand or 100wpm Dictaphone; and
At least two (2) years relevant post qualification experience
