Job Description

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Receiving and scheduling appointments for the Director, Infrastructure and Estate Management;
  2. Filing office documents;
  3. Typing correspondence;
  4. Ordering stationery requirements;
  5. Distributing stationery;
  6. Ordering tea requirements;
  7. Servicing meetings;
  8. Controlling of incoming and outgoing mail;
  9. Dispatching correspondences;
  10. Photocopying;
  11. Minuting of office meetings;
  12. Filing of confidential documents
  13. Any other duties as assigned by the Director, Infrastructure and Estate Management.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Higher National Diploma in Secretarial Studies or Office Management;
  • Five (5) O’ levels including English Language;
  • Advanced typewriting (50wpm) and (80wpm) Shorthand or 100wpm Dictaphone; and

At least two (2) years relevant post qualification experience
