ASSISTANT PRODUCER: ZOU CAMPUS RADIO (3 POSTS)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Editing recorded shows;
• Archiving programmes for future reference;
• Generating ideas and researching content;
• Booking guests and contributors;
• Writing interview questions and scripts;
• Recording and editing packages and other pre-records such as callers;
• Undertaking general research for programmes;
• Talent Management;
• Completing music reporting information for submission to the Broadcasting Authority of Zimbabwe;
• Managing the show’s social media presence including updating the website and programme information;
• Undertake any other duties as assigned by the Technical Manager.

Qualifications and Experience

• A degree in media studies, journalism, communication, or equivalent; and
•  Two years of relevant experience.
