Job Description

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Supervising junior staff in the office;
  • Managing and controlling assets and research equipment;
  • Managing the purchase of goods from suppliers;
  • Managing and supervising Admission and Registration processes;
  • Supervising the management of assignments;
  • Managing and supervising semester examinations;
  • Monitoring votes to avert over expenditure;
  • Liaising with Human Resources Department on Personnel issues;
  • Coordinating student registration in the Faculty/Region and liaises with Academic Registry at the National Centre;
  • Servicing Regional Board meetings;
  • Carrying out any other duties as and when required by the Regional Director.

 

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

 

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Humanities, Business Studies, Administration, Commerce or equivalent;
  • Two (2) years post qualification experience.
