MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Â
- Supervising junior staff in the office;
- Managing and controlling assets and research equipment;
- Managing the purchase of goods from suppliers;
- Managing and supervising Admission and Registration processes;
- Supervising the management of assignments;
- Managing and supervising semester examinations;
- Monitoring votes to avert over expenditure;
- Liaising with Human Resources Department on Personnel issues;
- Coordinating student registration in the Faculty/Region and liaises with Academic Registry at the National Centre;
- Servicing Regional Board meetings;
- Carrying out any other duties as and when required by the Regional Director.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Â
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Humanities, Business Studies, Administration, Commerce or equivalent;
- Two (2) years post qualification experience.
Candidates who do not have the stipulated requirements need not apply.
