About me
I am a holder of a Diploma in Human Resource Management (HRM) with the Institute of People Management of Zimbabwe, a Bachelor of Business Studies Honours Degree in HRM with Bindura University of Science Education (BUSE), a Master of Science degree in HRM with Midlands State University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Tertiary Education (PGDTE) with BUSE. Moreover, I have just registered for a DPhil Programme in HRM with Zimbabwe Open University.
I believe my educational background and vast university teaching experience make me an appropriate candidate. As you can see in the enclosed resume, I am currently a fulltime HRM lecturer at Manicaland State University of Applied Sciences (MSUAS). I also worked at Zimbabwe Ezekiel Guti University for three years as a Programme Coordinator and a fulltime lecturer for HRM Degree programme. I was also a HRM part-time lecturer as well as an Assistant Lecturer at BUSE in the HRM Department for three years. Since, my responsibilities and duties revolve around teaching, research, community engagement, innovation and industrialisation, I strongly believe I can be a perfect fit.
